The Business Accelerator is able to provide a wide range of basic and on-demand services to hosted companies, be it spin-offs or well-established companies.

Units for rent

Up to 20 units of 60 m2 each for spin-offs and 10 for external companies are available in the incubator. The units are furnished, with phone-data wiring and utilities. The basic services included in the rent comprise reception services and use of meeting rooms and common scientific equipment (centrifuges, incubators, refrigerators -80, basic microscopy).

Technology Consulting Services

The Scientific Management and the resident personnel of the Platforms, shall be periodically available to the hosted companies for the supervision of the technical-scientific activities in the areas of respective competence (service included in the rent) and/or to offer specific consulting services on-demand based on negotiated agreements.

Business Development and Business Acceleration

The Business Accelerator provides an experienced team to support new hi-tech companies and bring them to the market, with regard to:

• technical and patent-related aspects,
• planning and other management issues

Financial Advisory Services, Seed Capital and Financial Network

The Filarete Foundation also offers support and assistance in terms of financial advisory services in the search for new financing.

The Filarete Foundation furthermore offers specific on-demand services based on negotiated agreements.

Contract research services

The companies can agree with the Chief Scientific Officer the research programs to be performed in the Accelerator and plan the use of the Scientific Platforms according to work plans with timely evaluation of the results.

Networking

The Accelerator aims to be an intermediary between the hosted companies and the outside to promote projects of scientific, financial or industrial co-operation.
