Filarete Healthy Startups is the monthly appointment to present and discuss innovative entrepreneurial ideas in Health. Business development managers, investors, researchers and entrepreneurs will take part in Healthy Startups in order to help the discussion. 

Who?

Filarete Healthy Startups is open to everyone having an idea, a technology, a product, a service or an already existing startup or spin-off (both academic or industrial).
There are just two pre-requisites: 1. the field of activity must be health in all its possible meanings (biotechnology, pharma, advanced therapies, diagnostics, biomedical devices, nutraceutics, industrial biotech, ICT for health, health 2.0 …); 2. The idea/project or startup has to be innovative under the scientific or technological or industrial or organizational point of view and should be expected to bring benefits and impacts on a large scale.
 
When?

We will have about one meeting per month. The next one will be February 4 at 2.30 pm in Viale Ortles 22/4, Milan.

At Fondazione Filarete, viale Ortles 22/4, Milan (Italy).
 
How?

In order to present in the Healthy Startups meeting you have to submit your idea in the form "Submit your Business Idea" on the left. The presentation should address, at least, the following issues: which is the pain/need you are going to solve, what is innovative in your idea/project and the competencies of the team working on the idea/project.
 
Filarete Healthy Startups is proposed by Fondazione Filarete (fondazionefilarete.com) which is a center for innovation, technology transfer and startups incubation in life science and health.
Fondazione Filarete was founded by the University of Milan, Fondazione Cariplo and Intesa Sanpaolo, with the participation of Milan Chamber of Commerce (co-founder).
